Service Description
A beginner lesson is for the athlete with no prior pole vault or high jump experience. As a courtesy, each athlete new to pole vault and new to the facility is eligible for one free beginner lesson.
Cancellation Policy
Athletes may cancel or reschedule beginner lessons through their online member account up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date and time. Should an athlete request to cancel within less than 48 hours of the lesson date and time, they forfeit their free beginner lesson. Should an athlete arrive at the facility unaccompanied in violation of our prevention policy, he/she will be asked to book a new lesson for another date and time when someone can accompany them, and forfeit their free beginner lesson.
