Service Description
A beginner lesson is for the athlete with no prior pole vault experience. As a courtesy, each athlete new to pole vault and new to the facility is eligible for one free beginner lesson.
Cancellation Policy
Lesson cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a refund. Lesson cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund. Due to this policy, we do not accept cash or check payments for private lessons. All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance with a credit card. Should an athlete arrive at the facility unaccompanied in violation of our prevention policy, he/she will be asked to book a new lesson for another date and time when someone can accompany them, and his/her lesson will be canceled and considered non-refundable.
