POLE RENTAL POLICIES
POLE RENTAL POLICY
Flicky Stick Pole Vault offers 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day pole rentals. All pole rentals are handled during normal hours of operation at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility (Sunday 2:00-4:00 pm & Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-8:30 pm) unless otherwise arranged with a member of the FSPV staff. Poles are available to rent on a first-come-first-serve basis. A pole rental agreement and safety waiver are required for rental, as well as a valid credit card and a PVR account. A parent/guardian signature is required for athletes under 18 years of age.
POLE SWAP POLICY
All pole swaps are handled during normal hours of operation at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility (Sunday 2:00-4:00 pm & Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-8:30 pm) unless otherwise arranged with a member of the FSPV staff. A renter may swap poles as often as they like during the rental period at no additional charge.
POLE RETURN POLICY
All pole returns are handled during normal hours of operation at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility (Sunday 2:00-4:00 pm & Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-8:30 pm) unless otherwise arranged with a member of the FSPV staff. All renters are personally responsible for returning pole(s) to the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility prior to the next subscription charge (see refund policy for more details). Additional charges will apply for any pole(s) improperly returned and dropped off or left unattended outside the facility.
DAMAGE/NEGLIGENCE POLICY
All poles will be inspected upon return. Any damage to the pole(s) will result in a damage fee of $75.00 up to the full replacement cost of the pole(s). Should a pole be lost, stolen, or broken during rental, the credit card on file will be charged the full replacement cost including shipping in addition to the previously charged subscription payment(s).
