REFUND POLICIES
CLUB MEMBERSHIP
To cancel membership, athletes must use their online member account. All cancellations are the responsibility of the parent and/or athlete. Flicky Stick Pole Vault is not responsible for membership cancellations, and does not offer refunds due to neglect on the parent and/or athletes part to cancel membership.
CLUB PRACTICE PACKAGE
A club practice package is a one-time purchase, refundable until practices have been redeemed. Once a practice has been redeemed, packages are non-refundable.
PRIVATE & GROUP LESSONS
All lessons are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the lesson date and time.
CAMPS
Camps are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the camp date and time.
POLE RENTALS
All pole rentals are on a reoccurring subscription. Upon the pole(s) return, the subscription is automatically canceled. It is the responsibility of the parent and/or athlete to return the pole(s) prior to the next subscription charge. Flicky Stick Pole Vault does not offer refunds due to neglect on the parent and/or athletes part to return their rental prior to the next subscription charge. To cancel your subscription, you must return the pole(s) to the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility.
