Prevention Policy

 

​All athletes regardless of age or gender are required to attend all private lessons accompanied by another individual. Should an athlete arrive at the facility unaccompanied in violation of our prevention policy, he/she will be asked to book a new lesson for another date and time when someone can accompany them, and his/her lesson will be canceled and considered non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Athletes may cancel or reschedule private lessons through their online member account up to 48 hours prior to the lesson date and time. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the lesson are not eligible for a refund. Should an athlete request to reschedule within less than 48 hours of the lesson date and time, a $60 rescheduling fee will apply. Due to this policy, we do not accept cash or check payments for private lessons. All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance with a credit card.
