MEMBERSHIP & PACKAGE POLICY
A valid club membership or club practice package is required to attend club practice at Flicky Stick Pole Vault. Athletes must book all practices in advance, but may reschedule or cancel practices through their online member account at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel membership, athletes must use their online member account. All cancellations are the responsibility of the parent and/or athlete. Flicky Stick Pole Vault is not responsible for membership cancellations, and does not offer refunds due to neglect on the parent and/or athletes part to cancel membership.
REFUND POLICY
Flicky Stick Pole Vault does not offer refunds due to neglect on the parent and/or athletes part to cancel membership. A club practice package is a one-time purchase, refundable until practices have been redeemed. Once a practice has been redeemed, packages are non-refundable.
