CLUB MEMBER EXPECTATIONS
Please review and consider all club member expectations prior to booking a club membership.

Punctuality
We expect all club members to show up to practice promptly at the time practice begins (Sundays 2:00 pm & Tuesday/Thursday 6:30 pm). -
Structure
All club members are expected to participate in the member meeting, warm-ups & drills, and vaulting as directed. -
Compliance
All athletes are expected to listen and adhere to the instruction given by all designated coaches at any given club practice. -
Conduct
All athletes are expected to conduct themselves in a manner aligning with and not in violation of club policy. -
Participation
All club members are expected to participate in seasonal club-committed meets and facilitate seasonal club-hosted meets.
Should any athlete fail to comply with the expectations and standards above, Flicky Stick Pole Vault reserves the right to re-evaluate membership.
Reasons for immediate dismissal are as follows, but not limited to:

Sexual Harassment (verbal, physical, or otherwise)

Violence or Threats (verbal, physical, or otherwise)

Harm or Abuse (physical or otherwise)

Dangerous Behavior (regarding oneself or others)

Property Damage (equipment, facility, or personal)

Possession of Weapons or Illegal Substances
ADVANCED BOOKING POLICY
All athletes are required to book club practices in advance.

If an athlete fails to book club practice in advance 3+ times, his or her membership will be temporarily suspended.

If an athlete fails to show up for a club practice booked in advance 3+ times, his or her membership will be temporarily suspended.

If an athlete fails to arrive on time for club practice 3+ times, his or her membership will be temporarily suspended.
PAYMENT PLAN POLICY
Payment plans for our yearly membership are available upon request.
Each payment plan requires an initial down-payment to cover your membership fee and the first month's payment amount based on the payment plan you choose. After which, a regular monthly amount will be due for either the following three or five months depending on which payment plan you have selected, the four or six month payment plan. If at any point a payment fails, membership will be temporarily suspended until a payment has been received. If a payment is not received within 30 days, membership will be canceled and full payment for the remaining amount will be due within an additional 30 days.
Should an athlete cancel his or her membership for any reason, any unpaid or outstanding balances will be due within 30 days of membership cancellation. If payment is not received within 30 days, Flicky Stick Pole Vault shall seek to enforce all of its available rights under applicable law to collect the full amount owed.
