Flicky Stick Pole Vault proudly offers private lessons, seasonal camps, and group practices to vaulters of all experience levels. All vaulters are required to submit a general information form and safety waiver for the current calendar year in order to participate.

CLUB PRACTICE POLICIES
PARTICIPATING ATHLETE POLICY
While participating in club practice(s) at Flicky Stick Pole Vault, all participating athletes agree to adhere solely to the structure and instruction laid out and given by coaches employed by and/or associated with Flicky Stick Pole Vault. All participating athletes must submit a registration form and safety waiver for each calendar year of participation. A parent/guardian signature is required for athletes under the age of 18, while athletes age 18+ may sign and submit their own registration form and safety waiver.
PARENT/GUARDIAN POLICY
While parental/guardian attendance is not required at club practice, parent/guardians are allowed and welcome to attend club practice with their athletes so long as they sit in the designated spectators area and do not intrude, interrupt, or interfere with club practice and/or the athletes attending and participating in club practice.
COACHES/COACHING POLICY
Coaches are welcome to attend and observe club practice with their athletes so long as they sit in the designated spectators area and do not intrude, interrupt, or interfere with club practice and/or the athletes attending and participating in club practice. Coaches not employed by or associated with Flicky Stick Pole Vault are prohibited from coaching athletes during club practice.
Flicky Stick Pole Vault is first and foremost a pole vault club that offers club practices, private lessons, and seasonal camps under the instruction of coaches employed by and/or associated with Flicky Stick Pole Vault. We do not operate as a public facility open to athletes and/or coaches to use for personal/private practice. If an athlete and/or coach is interested in renting the facility for private practice, please contact us for more information.
ENTRY/SERVICE POLICY
Flicky Stick Pole Vault coaches and staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to any individual who does not comply with Flicky Stick Pole Vault policies and/or for reasons relating, but not limited to: violence towards and/or endangerment of ones self or others, inappropriate behavior and/or conduct, verbal and/or physical abuse, etc.
MEDIA POLICY
Photography and video recording are allowed during club practice at Flicky Stick Pole Vault so long as it does not intrude, interrupt, or interfere with club practice and/or the athletes attending and participating in club practice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All club practices must be booked in advance online prior to arriving at the Flicky Stick Pole Vault facility. Should an athlete fail to book in advance or no-show three or more times, his or her membership will be temporarily suspended. Athletes may cancel or reschedule through their online member account. A valid club membership or club practice package is required to book club practice.
PRIVATE LESSON & SEASONAL CAMP POLICIES
PREVENTION POLICY
All athletes regardless of age or gender are required to attend all private lessons accompanied by another individual. Should an athlete arrive at the facility unaccompanied in violation of our prevention policy, he/she will be asked to book a new lesson for another date and time when someone can accompany them, and his/her lesson will be canceled and considered non-refundable.

Athletes may cancel or reschedule private lessons through their online member account up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date and time. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellation made within less than 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within less than 7 days of the appointment are subject to a $20 cancellation fee to be deducted from the refund amount.
Due to this policy, we do not accept cash or check payments for private lessons. All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance with a credit card.
Should an athlete arrive at the facility unaccompanied in violation of our prevention policy, he/she will be asked to book a new lesson for another date and time when someone can accompany them, and his/her lesson will be canceled and considered non-refundable.

(BEGINNER LESSONS)
Athletes may cancel or reschedule beginner lessons through their online member account up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date and time. Should an athlete request to cancel within less than 48 hours of the lesson date and time, they forfeit their free beginner lesson.
Should an athlete arrive at the facility unaccompanied in violation of our prevention policy, he/she will be asked to book a new lesson for another date and time when someone can accompany them, and forfeit their free beginner lesson.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(SEASONAL CAMPS)
Athletes may cancel or reschedule their booking for a seasonal camp through their online member account up to 7 days prior to the camp date and time. Cancellations prior to 7 days before the camp date and time are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within less than 7 days before the camp date and time are not eligible for a refund.
Due to this policy, we do not accept cash or check payments for seasonal camps. All seasonal camps must be booked and paid for in advance with a credit card.
