Flicky Stick Pole Vault proudly offers group practices open to experienced athletes of all ages (no membership required) on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm during the Indoor and Outdoor Seasons (November - May).

90 minutes of semi-private pole vault instruction

Access to all 3 runways in the facility

Access to weight lifting and gymnastic equipment

FREE use of all 400+ poles in the facility

Limit 20 athletes per group practice
