Flicky Stick Pole Vault requires all athletes participating in private lessons, seasonal camps, and club practices to submit a registration form and safety waiver for each calendar year of participation, as well as a pole rental agreement should they desire to rent equipment from our facility. A parent/guardian signature is required for athletes under 18 years of age.
