Cancellation Policy
Athletes may cancel or reschedule their booking for a seasonal camp through their online member account up to 7 days prior to the camp date and time. Cancellations prior to 7 days before the camp date and time are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within less than 7 days before the camp date and time are not eligible for a refund. Due to this policy, we do not accept cash or check payments for seasonal camps. All seasonal camps must be booked and paid for in advance with a credit card.
